Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 5 - 6 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery:
After your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6 to 9 business days. Please be aware that Moissanite Glam is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.

Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery to your address. However, the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

If the customer wishes to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.

Planning a surprise proposal? Involving a family member or close friend, such as a mother or sister, can be a great way to ensure the right size, and most people are thrilled to help with such a special moment.

Make sure your print settings are set to 100% scale for accuracy, and follow the instructions carefully. While this method can be convenient, we always recommend a professional measurement for the best results.

Want to double-check your size before committing to your final ring? You can order a silver band in your measured size for just $10 USD. Wear it for a few days to ensure it’s comfortable. If you're happy with the fit, you can proceed with your final ring order. Once you've placed your order, we will refund the $10 cost of the silver band.

Resizing

While we aim to create your ring in the correct size from the start, we understand it can be tricky to get the size right, especially for surprise proposals. We offer a complimentary first resizing, though you’ll need to cover the $75 shipping cost to send the ring back to our manufacturing facility.

Please note, some ring styles, such as eternity bands, cannot be resized, and certain rings can only be adjusted within specific limits. Excessive resizing can compromise the structural integrity of the ring, potentially leading to issues like dislodged diamonds. For the best outcome, we encourage careful sizing before ordering.

Tips for Accurate Sizing

To ensure a precise fit, measure your ring size multiple times. Finger sizes fluctuate throughout the day and between seasons. Avoid measuring your size when your fingers may be swollen (after a hot shower, exercise, or in extreme temperatures) or contracted (after swimming, cold exposure, or washing dishes).
