At Moissanite Glam, we value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as your order number and confirmation email, is required to process the return.
Restocking Fees:
- For moissanite items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns not related to manufacturing defects.
- For CVD jewelry items, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for returns.
- These fees cover the labor involved in resizing, polishing, and handling the returned pieces.
- If the returned piece requires significant cleaning or repair, a higher restocking fee may be applied based on the extent of the work needed.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order eternity bands
- Items with physical damage caused by misuse
- Jewelry featuring full eternity stones that cannot be resized or exchanged.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount when exchanging items, and any price difference between the original and new item will be charged to the customer.
- Exchange requests are limited to one exchange per piece.
Please contact us before sending any items back for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a traceable courier with insurance. Moissanite Glam is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process and post the refund.
Resizing
We understand how important it is for your jewelry to fit perfectly. Therefore, Moissanite Glam offers a resizing service with the following terms:
- Resizing can only adjust the ring by up to one full size in either direction.
- For rings with full eternity stones, resizing is not possible. In such cases, we may offer an exchange for a new ring in the correct size, provided the design allows it.
Shipping for Resizing:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with resizing, including international customs fees.
Repairs
If your jewelry requires repairs, please contact us at support@moissaniteglam.com. Our repair services include:
- Replacing or resetting stones
- Prong adjustments or replacements
- Band repairs or resizing (where applicable)
All repairs covered under our lifetime warranty will be processed without additional charges. For any repairs outside the scope of the warranty, we will contact you before proceeding with the work.
Repair Timeline:
Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your jewelry.
Please be aware that shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
Moissanite Glam offers a lifetime warranty on all our products, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or general wear and tear.
