You can also send your jewelry to us for complimentary cleaning and inspection at any time to ensure it remains in perfect condition and continues to shine beautifully.
Warranty Limitations:
- Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or damaged center stones. We highly recommend insuring your piece to safeguard against potential loss or damage of the focal stone.
- For one-of-a-kind stones that get damaged, we will attempt to replace them with a similar stone, though color and type may differ based on availability.
- Clients are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) for repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
- Please be aware of potential customs fees or import charges that may apply when shipping items for repair.
Ring Resizing Limit:
- We offer complimentary ring resizing up to two times. Further resizing may compromise the ring’s durability and structure, so we advise against resizing more than twice to maintain the longevity of your jewelry.
Repair Terms:
- We offer free repair services within the first two years of ownership (excluding focal stone replacement). After two years, minimal labor or material charges may apply.
- Normal wear and tear from daily use is expected. Should your jewelry require extensive repairs, we’ll inform you of any additional costs for labor or materials.
- Please note, if your piece is serviced or resized by a third-party jeweler, the warranty will no longer be valid.
